The TNF Bay Area chapter provides an opportunity for the youth of the United States to connect with children in India through the YOX (Youth Exchange) program. This program helps both the American and the Indian students exchange their cultural values and experiences, as well as gives the Indian students the opportunity to better their English and soft skills. Applicants may qualify for an opportunity to partake in this program, in which they will virtually meet with students in India biweekly via zoom. These sessions may include English conversational, speaking, presenting, and grammar lessons, soft skills training, and games. We are currently running a YOX program in the Ranipet village; this opportunity can be opened up in other villages as we find sponsorships. Students may also qualify for the Presidential Volunteer Service Award.
